EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY 1. EXCHANGES Bohemy guarantees you a unique shopping experience. If once you have received the purchase you are not satisfied, you can change the size or color within a period of fifteen days from receipt. To proceed with its change you must check that your order meets the following conditions: - The product must not be used. - It must be sent in the same conditions in which it was received. - It must be delivered to our offices within 15 days from the date you received the order. To request a change of size or color, download the exchange and returns form and fill in all the fields, and attach it printed inside your package. Please send the item using or including its original packaging in addition to the instructions, documentation and packaging that may accompany it. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us. Please note that if you decide to return the items to us postage due, we will not accept the package. If you have any questions, you can contact us through our contact form. After examining the article, we will inform you if you have the right to change, which will be made as soon as possible. The exchange or return of those products that are not in the same conditions in which those received, or that have been used beyond the mere opening of the product will not proceed. Once we receive the merchandise, and we verify that it meets our aforementioned conditions of sale, we will proceed to send the new size or new color, using a cash on delivery service. That is, you will have to pay the corresponding expenses. It is only possible to process changes of products purchased in our online store. Swimwear, underwear, and costume jewelry cannot be changed for hygiene reasons. Likewise, party and ceremony garments and accessories cannot be exchanged or returned if the security tag is removed.
