Return shipping costs are your responsibility; we do not accept collect on delivery packages.<\/li><li>Once we receive it and verify that it is in perfect condition, we will send you the new size or the new color as soon as possible, with payment upon delivery of the shipping costs.<\/li><\/ol>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the size or color you request is no longer available, we will contact you to find another option.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Only items purchased through our online store can be exchanged. If you are in M\u00e1laga, you can also exchange or return items directly at our stores, with no shipping costs.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Returns<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to return it, no questions asked. The conditions are the same as for exchanges: the item must be unused, with its tags, and in its original packaging.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">How to do it:<\/p>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Download the exchange and return form, fill it out and put the printed copy in the package.<\/li><li>Send the package at your own expense; return shipping costs are your responsibility.<\/li><li>Once we receive it and verify that it is in good condition, we will refund your money using the same payment method you used, within a maximum of 14 calendar days.<\/li><\/ol>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The refund includes the price of the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item you purchased is out of stock.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Only items purchased from our online store can be returned.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Items that cannot be exchanged or returned<\/h3>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Swimsuits, bikinis and underwear, for hygiene reasons.<\/li><li>Earrings, for hygiene.<\/li><li>Party and ceremony clothing and accessories.<\/li><\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Defective items<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible via the contact form or Instagram (@bohemy.shop) and tell us what the problem is. We check every garment before shipping, but if we miss something, we&#039;ll fix it.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Return it to the address below. We&#039;ll check it and let you know by email whether we&#039;ll replace it or refund your money.
