How much does shipping cost?

How are shipments made?
All orders are shipped from Spain. We will notify you by email when your order has been shipped.
To avoid delivery problems (incorrect address, nobody at home…), it is mandatory to provide a contact phone number.
We do not ship to PO boxes, so we need the exact delivery address.
How long does it take to arrive?
Once the order leaves our warehouse, the estimated delivery time is:
- Mainland Spain: normally 24-48 working hours.
- Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Mediterranean and Central Europe: 3-5 working days.
- Canary Islands, Northern Europe and Eastern Europe: 5-7 working days.
- Rest of the world: 10-15 business days.
We do not ship orders in parts. If any item is missing, we will wait until we have everything in stock to ship it and we will notify you.
How can I pay?
You can pay by credit or debit card, with PayPal, or in installments with Klarna. You don't need a PayPal account to pay by card.
Your card will be charged when you confirm your purchase. Until you complete the payment, your order is not confirmed and the items are not reserved.
All payments are made through secure gateways: we never see or store your card details.
